Enrollment Verification

Enrollment Verifications are used to verify past and current enrollment. They can also be used to verify upcoming enrollment only if you are enrolled in classes for that semester. Enrollment Verifications can be requested by filling out the Enrollment Verification order form online or through your Student Center. If you have any questions with regards to Enrollment Verifications, please email the Transcipts Office.

How to Order

Order Online

Click on the How To Order hyperlink above or go to Forms & Petitions webpage and click on the Enrollment Verification link.

  • A signature will be required in order to process your request.
  • You will receive an automatic email confirming that your request has been sent.
  • You will have the ability to save your request as a PDF for your record once you have submitted it.
  • If you have any additional documentation that needs to be attached or filled out along with your Enrollment Verification, you will be able to upload it online with the form.
  • For questions about ordering online, please send an email to the Registrar's Office.

How to Access Enrollment Verification through MySSU

1. Log onto your MySSU and click Student Center

2. Under Academics go to the drop-down menu and click Enrollment Verification

3. To view and print Enrollment Verification from home, click "Allow to Print from My Browser."
Important: If you choose this option, the Enrollment Verification will not have the Registrar's signature or Sonoma State seal.

4. If Enrollment Verification needs to be signed with the Registrar's signature and stamped with an official seal, click "Request Institution to Mail."

5. If you are requesting the institution to mail your Enrollment Verification, fill out the "Recipient Address Information" section

  • If you click "Send to My Address," the address that you have as your mailing address in your Student Center will be input.
  • Under "Send to" type in the name of the individual or institution you want your Enrollment Verification sent to.
  • Click "Edit Address" to input address.
  • Once all sections are filled, click "Add."

Once completed, it will take the office 1-2 business days to process your Enrollment Verification.
